§Israel Lerman, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lerman joined Nano-Size as the Board Chairman in 2002. Mr Lerman has a life long experience in industrial development, marketing and management. Mr. Lerman was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of numerous large companies such as Chemada Ltd., Natafim Eftach, Hanita Lenses, and Hanita Coatings as well as President of various companies in the USA and Europe such as Ameribrom Inc. – USA,
Bromine Chemicals – UK, and Eurobrome Ltd - Holland. In addition, Mr. Lerman had served as a Managing Director for Wine Growers Association/Carmel wines, Solida Ltd., and Mata Ltd.

Mr. Lerman holds an M.I.E degree from New York University and a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technion – IIT (Haifa, Israel).

Dr. Shmuel Weissberger, CEO

Gained extensive experience (18 years) in R&D and management at IMI (TAMI, the Israel Chemicals Ltd.'s Institute for R&D), Joined Nano-Size as General Manager in early 2003. Dr. Weissberger holds a D.Sc. by the Technion in addition to a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering and Mineral Engineering – IIT (Haifa, Israel). In addition, Dr. Weissberger also possesses a Business Management Certificate from the Technion – IIT. Dr. Weissberger has a successful comprehensive professional background, working both in the development world, where he was involved in developing technologies in terms of raising capital, as well as in emerging markets, as well as in developing markets for mature and proven technologies. Former positions included: 6 years as the Manager of the Advanced Materials Department. Dr. Weissberger was also a consultant for IMI in the field of advanced ceramics.

Reuven Geva, Materials Development Manager

Mr. Geva joined Nano-Size in 2003, and is responsible for synthesis and materials development. Mr. Geva has many years of experience in R&D from IMI and ISCAR.

Mr. Geva holds a B.Sc degree in Mineral Engineering from the Technion – IIT (Haifa, Israel).

Ganit Shter, Marketing Manager and Senior Researcher

Ms. Shter joined Nano-Size in 2006, and is in charge for marketing management. She is also responsible for surface chemistry and product characterization.

Ms. Shter holds a B.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering and B.A in Chemistry from the Technion – IIT (Haifa, Israel).

§Ayala Kabla, Senior Researcher

Ayala Kabla joined Nano-Size in 2002, and is responsible for materials characterization and ultra fine grinding processes. Ms. Kabla has worked in failure analysis of CMOS transistors at Vishay Siliconix, Israel, between the years 2000-2001.

Ms. Kabla holds an M.Sc. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA).

Ms. Kabla holds an M.Sc. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). § Arnon Goldfarb , Business Consultant / Director Mr. Goldfarb has been the CEO of TMB, a company involved in water resource development projects, since 2001, having worked between the years 1997-2001 for Israel Chemicals in the capacity of Vice President for Business Development. Mr. Goldfarb held various positions at DSBG, in the field of marketing and business development in Israel and abroad (USA).Mr. Goldfarb holds a B.sc in Chemistry from Hebrew University and a M.sc. in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island (USA). Mr. Moshe Link, Chief Technology Consultant Mr. Link has been NanoSize’s technology consultant since 2003. Mr. Link gained valuable experience while working at IMI, in the advanced materials department where he began in 1992. He is highly qualified in the areas of powder treatment, ceramic powders and bodies, grinding and mixing powders and slurries. §Hugo R. Keselman, Chief Engineer Consultant Mr. Keselman has more than 30 years of experience in the area of catalysis (INCAPE - Argentina), the development of new processes and the scale-up from the pilot stage to industrial production. He gained enormous experience in the design, construction and operation of new equipments and technologies while working at IMI as Head of the pilots plants and later as Head of the engineering area. Mr. Keselman holds an M.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering.
